GDTN Grok-1 Auditable JAX/CUDA Shard Executor v0.3.0C

The package provides the executor and integrity toolchain, but does not bundle NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, JAX CUDA wheels, the xAI Grok-1 repository or the 296 GiB checkpoint.

Before enabling a compute worker:
1. Pin and review an official xAI Grok-1 source revision.
2. Install that revision's Python requirements in an isolated environment.
3. Install the JAX CUDA wheel matching the node's NVIDIA driver/CUDA environment.
4. Generate GDTN_GROK1_CHECKPOINT_INVENTORY_V2 from the real ckpt-0 and Genesis Manifest.
5. Generate GDTN_GROK1_TENSOR_INDEX_V2 and import it in Admin.
6. Generate at least one independently reviewed known-answer reference vector.
7. Create GDTN_GROK1_EXECUTOR_KAT_V1 using --reference-vector.
8. Configure checkpoint, inventory, Manifest, source-tree and KAT environment variables.

The executor intentionally remains NOT READY on CPU, with missing checkpoint files, missing assigned shards, hash mismatch or a self-test-only KAT.
